Cancellation

Please provide a cancellation notice before a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, as this allows us to fill the appointment with a guest on our waiting list.

Appointments canceled less that 24 hours in advanced will incur a 20% rescheduling fee. A no-call no-show will result in a 50% fee, and may require a deposit for future appointments.

 

Punctuality

Please call if you are running late. Tardiness beyond 15 minutes may result in a canceled appointment.

 

Retail

If you are unhappy with a product purchased you may return or exchange it within 7 days of purchase.

 

Services

We stand behind our work and strive to provide the best service possible. If you are dissatisfied, we will provide a redo/adjustment within the first 7 days of the original appointment.
