Cancellation

Please provide a cancellation notice before a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, this allows us to fill the appointment with a guest on our waiting list.

Appointments canceled less that 24 hours in advanced will incur a 20% rescheduling fee. A no-call no-show will result in a 50% fee, and may require a deposit for future appointments.

 

Punctuality

Please call if you are running late. Tardiness beyond 15 minutes may result in a canceled appointment.

 

Retail

If you are unhappy with a product purchased you may return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.

 

Services

We stand behind our work and strive to provide the best service possible. If you are dissatisfied, we will provide a redo/adjustment within the first 7 days of the original appointment.
